Although my home has been in the beautiful Northwest for the last 18 years, my heart is in Montana!
I was born in Billings and graduated from Montana State University, Bozeman (go Bobcats!) in Business, Finance.
Favorite place to rejuvenate:
Red Lodge, MT where I travel to every summer and enjoy the simplicity of life, the beauty of the rugged outdoors and do what I love: hiking, fly fishing, hanging with the locals and listening to the raging river flow by while hopefully catching close encounters of resident wildlife --black bear, deer and moose.
Most awe-inspiring trip:
A 6-month backpacking journey throughout Europe. Favorite city: Prague where I lived in a flat and converted it to a revenue generating bed and breakfast.
Most daring thing I've ever done:
Climbed a 35 foot telephone pole and stood on top of a tiny platform (size of 2 telephone books) while my best friend climbed up after me to share the platform and then we jumped off simultaneously.
Most valuable lessons learned:
Slow down and take situations one step at a time (don't worry about what might come next as it hasn't even happened yet), Enjoy the moment...Breath, and Never let fear stop you from experiencing something new and growing as a human being!
Favorite Quote:
Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure...than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.
~Theodore Roosevelt
